About Coaching Mind Body
About Rosemary Santillo
I have been coaching for over 20 years. Initially, coaching and consulting in Corporate America, and for the last several years, within my own company, Reflection Rock Coaching and Consulting, which has evolved into Coaching Mind Body and Spirit. Because of my extensive training in positive psychology and mind body practices, this new label more accurately describes my practice. I believe it is crucial to consider the mind, body and spirit when making changes or shifts in your life, business and health.
I started my training in mind body practices when I lived in Hawaii and studied Transcendental Meditation. It was my first experience in learning how the mind affects the body. I went on from there to study guided imagery, energy meridian tapping, therapeutic breath work, mindful meditation, positive psychology, quantum physics, life coaching, wellness coaching, and the list goes on. This training along with my 16 years experience in sales and marketing, makes for a very unique practice.
I work with individuals, businesses and corporations in my practice. I partner with my clients to focus their energy and intention on a path they choose. Because of my diverse background and training, my clients experience a holistic approach to life, business and health.
My previous career was in medical device sales and management. I am a skilled trainer, facilitator and speaker and have delivered many corporate and community workshops and seminars. One of my focuses is speaking for the American Heart Association and their “Go Red” campaign.
I have been a member of 2 IPO teams and participated in taking these companies public.
I have won many awards in sales and sales management, including Sales Rep of the Year, Sales Manager of the Year, President’s Council, Top Performer, etc.
I live in North Carolina with my Cairn terrier, Roxie.
I am a cancer survivor, but more importantly, I am a survivor. One of my “best self” characteristics is “relentless determination”. I am a great person to have on your side.
